Hardware and devices

The kit your software runs on, handled properly

Laptops, servers, network gear, GPUs and meeting rooms, specified, bought, installed and managed. One plan, one invoice, and a disposal trail that stands up in an audit.

  • Supplier price plus a stated fee
  • Setup before delivery, not after
  • Three year refresh plan
What we handle

Everything from the box to the bin

Most IT pain with hardware is not the buying. It is the specification, the setup, the warranty and the disposal, usually done by whoever has time that week.

Laptops and desktops

Standard specifications per role, with enrollment, encryption and the software your team needs before the box is opened.

  • Two or three standard models
  • Setup and enrollment before delivery
  • Replacement on next day terms where available

Servers, storage and network gear

Racks, switches, firewalls, storage and backup appliances, specified, supplied and installed.

  • Sizing and bill of materials
  • Rack and install with cabling
  • Warranty and spare management

GPUs and AI workstations

GPU servers and workstations for training or local inference, sized against the models you plan to run.

  • GPU selection and power planning
  • Driver and serving stack setup
  • Private networking to your cloud

Site connectivity hardware

Routers, access points and failover links for offices, plants and stores, installed and monitored.

  • Survey and access point plan
  • Install and test
  • Failover with a second path

Meeting rooms and AV

Cameras, microphones, displays and room booking that work on the first call.

  • Room design
  • Install and commissioning
  • Room booking and support

Licenses and subscriptions

Software licenses counted, matched to people and renewed on time, without duplicate seats.

  • License inventory
  • Renewal calendar
  • Duplicate and unused seat review
Lifecycle

Four stages, written down

  1. Plan

An inventory of what you own, what is out of support and what it costs to keep running.

  2. Supply

A standard specification per role, a bill of materials and a lead time you can plan around.

  3. Set up

Enrollment, encryption, software and asset tags done before the device reaches the person.

  4. Retire

Wipe, record, resell or recycle with a certificate, and remove the asset from every system.

Where it connects

Hardware is only useful when the network and software are ready

A new site needs a router, a failover link and a network segment before the team can work. A new GPU server needs power, cooling and a private path to your data. We do all of it with the same team.

  • VergMesh for site and cloud connectivity, including the equipment at each site.
  • VergRail for high capacity private paths to GPU and AI providers.
  • IT systems for identity, device management, service desk and access reviews.
  • Managed services to run and patch it after installation.

One invoice, no surprise markup

Hardware is invoiced at the supplier price plus a handling fee stated in your quote. Setup, delivery and disposal are line items you can see and approve. Nothing is bundled into a rate you cannot check.

Monthly device management from $12 a device a month.

FAQ

Questions about hardware

Do you sell hardware directly?

We source through distribution partners and manage the order, delivery, setup and disposal. You pay the supplier price plus a stated handling fee, quoted before you order, so you can see exactly what the hardware costs.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and most other markets through our partners. Lead times and import duties are quoted per country before you commit.

Can we keep our current supplier?

Yes. Many clients keep their supplier and use us for the specification, the setup and the lifecycle plan. We work with whoever gives you the best terms.

What happens to old devices?

Data is wiped to a verifiable standard, serial numbers are recorded, and equipment is either resold with the value credited back or recycled through a certified partner with a certificate of disposal.

Is hardware management a monthly service?

Yes. Device management, patching, warranty tracking and replacement run from a monthly price per device, from $12 a device a month. Procurement is one time and quoted per order.

Do you finance hardware?

We do not lend money. We can introduce equipment finance partners who work with your bank, and we prepare the specification and paperwork they ask for.

Plan your next hardware refresh

Send us what you own, roughly how many people use it and when your support runs out. We will come back with a plan and a budget.
