Where are your engineers based?
Mostly in Europe and the Americas, which gives good overlap with US, UK and EU business hours. We confirm the overlap for each placement before you commit.
What does an engineer cost?
From $7,500 a month for a senior engineer, depending on the skill and the hours of overlap. A dedicated team with a designer and delivery lead starts at $9,500 a month.
Can we hire them permanently?
After six months, yes. There is no conversion fee, though we ask for 30 days notice so the team can be replaced.
How do you handle security?
Engineers work on your equipment or a managed device, sign your NDA, use your identity provider and never store client data locally.
What if the fit is wrong?
The first two weeks are a trial. If it is not working, you pay for those two weeks and we replace the engineer.
