Custom software development

Software built around your business, not the other way round

We build the applications your business actually needs: customer portals, back office tools, mobile apps, integrations and AI features. Fixed scope, fixed price per phase, and the code is yours from the first commit.

  • From $5,500 for a written blueprint
  • Working software in weekly demos
  • You own the code and the cloud account
What we build

Nine kinds of work, one delivery team

A product team, a design lead and a delivery lead, with the cloud, security and AI engineers next door. That mix is why we can take a build from screens to production without handing you between suppliers.

Customer web applications

Portals, booking systems, customer dashboards and partner tools that hold up when the traffic arrives.

  • Accounts, roles and permissions
  • Payments and invoicing
  • Accessible screens on phone and desktop

Internal tools and back office

Replace the spreadsheet that runs a department with a tool people sign into, with history and exports.

  • Import of your current data
  • Approvals and audit trail
  • Exports to finance and BI

Mobile apps for iOS and Android

Field teams, drivers, inspectors and customers who need the job done on a phone.

  • One codebase for both stores
  • Offline handling and sync
  • Store submission handled for you

Integrations and APIs

Connect the systems your team copies between by hand, with retries and alerts instead of silent gaps.

  • Field mapping that is written down
  • Webhooks, queues and scheduled syncs
  • Public or private API design

AI features and agents

Assistants, document processing and agents inside your product, measured against your own cases.

  • Retrieval over your own data
  • Human approval for risky actions
  • Cost limits and full logging

Modernization

Bring an old system forward in steps, without betting the business on one big rewrite.

  • Recover the rules from code and people
  • Options ranked by risk and cost
  • Rollback points at every stage

Data platforms and reporting

One place where your numbers agree, from imports and pipelines to the report a director reads.

  • Pipelines with quality checks
  • Warehouse and semantic layer
  • Dashboards on a schedule

Ecommerce and storefronts

Online stores that handle real catalogues, tax, shipping and returns without custom code for every change.

  • Catalogue and checkout
  • Payments and fraud rules
  • Warehouse and accounting sync

Security in the build

The controls your customers ask about in the first security review, built in from sprint one.

  • Sign in with your identity provider
  • Least privilege and audit logs
  • Dependency and container scanning
How a build runs

Four steps, no surprises

The same shape whether we are building a two screen internal tool or a customer platform. You see working software from week two.

  1. Blueprint

Two weeks of workshops, screens and a data model, ending with a fixed price and date for phase one.

  2. Phase one

Two week cycles, a demo at the end of each, and a written scope with acceptance checks.

  3. Launch

Testing, accessibility, security checks and a cutover in your cloud account, with rollback ready.

  4. Improve

Measure how people use it, then plan phase two on evidence instead of guesses.

Technology

Boring where it counts, modern where it helps

We pick technology your future team can hire for. That usually means a mainstream language, a relational database and a platform your cloud already provides.

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • Java
  • C#
  • PHP
  • Go
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Kafka
  • React Native
  • Flutter
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform
  • Stripe
  • Identity providers with SAML and OIDC

Tests that run on every change

Unit, integration and end to end checks in the pipeline, so a release does not depend on someone remembering to try the right screen.

Security in the open

Dependency scanning, least privilege access and an audit trail from the first sprint, not a review at the end.

Numbers from day one

Analytics and error tracking are part of the build, so phase two starts with real usage instead of opinions.

Where it fits

One team for the software, the systems around it and the cloud under it

A build rarely stops at the code. The same people can set up the pipeline, connect the data, harden the security and run it afterward, so nothing is lost in a handoff between three suppliers.

Software we run ourselves

Our team builds and operates ten public websites and ERPSav, a cost recovery ERP with paying customers. That is where we test the practices we bring to client work: automated delivery, private networking, AI in production and support that answers.

FAQ

Questions about custom builds

Who writes the specification?

We do, with you. The custom software blueprint turns what your team does today into screens, a data model and a written scope, and it ends with a fixed build price. You can take that document to another supplier if you prefer.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code, designs, documentation and infrastructure live in your repository and your cloud account from the first commit. There is no license to buy back and no lock in.

What happens if the scope changes?

We quote the change in writing before doing it, with the effect on price and date. Small changes are usually absorbed; large ones become a second phase. Nothing is billed without your approval.

How do you price the build?

By the scope in the blueprint, not by the hour. Phase one has a fixed price and a fixed date. Later phases are priced the same way once the first release is in front of real users.

Can you work with our existing engineers?

Yes. Many clients keep delivery in house and use us for design, architecture or the parts that need a specialist. We can also add engineers to your team under staff augmentation.

How do you handle security and data protection?

Access is least privilege, secrets are managed, dependencies and containers are scanned, and personal data is limited to what the workflow needs. We sign your NDA and data processing terms before we start.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Every build includes launch support. After that, a monthly agreement covers fixes, small changes and monitoring, or your team takes it over with the runbooks we wrote.

Do you build for companies outside the United States?

Yes. We work with clients worldwide and deliver in your time zone where we can. Contracts are in US dollars under Wyoming law, which most international clients find straightforward.

Tell us what the software has to do

Describe the process, the people who use it and the deadline. We will come back with a scope, a fixed price and a start date.
