HR and recruiting systems

Hiring that stops at the offer is a leak, not a process

Recruiters lose days to scheduling and chasing. New hires wait for accounts. Managers cannot say what hiring costs. We set up the recruiting and HR systems that remove those three problems first.

What hurts

Four problems we see in almost every hr and recruiting team

Pipeline in a spreadsheet

No stage history, no source tracking and no idea where good candidates drop out.

Interviews with no scorecard

Each interviewer asks different things, so comparing candidates is guesswork.

Offer to first day gap

The signed offer starts a chain of emails for accounts, devices and payroll.

Nobody trusts hiring numbers

Time to hire and cost per hire are guessed, so the budget conversation restarts every quarter.

What we set up

The systems that remove them

Applicant tracking

Pipeline stages, scorecards, interview kits, scheduling and offer approval, set up for the roles you actually hire.

  • Careers page and job board feeds
  • Interviewer scorecards per role
  • Offer approval and templates

Onboarding handoff

One checklist that starts when the offer is accepted and ends with a working account, a device and a first week plan.

  • HR and IT share the checklist
  • Account and device tasks
  • First week schedule

People reporting

Time to hire, source, stage conversion, cost per hire and headcount, in a report you can defend.

  • Source and channel tracking
  • Stage conversion
  • Open role aging

Records and compliance

Contracts, right to work, reviews and retention rules, with access limited to the people who need it.

  • Retention rules and deletion
  • Role based access
  • Audit trail on records

Written scope

Every configuration has a written list of what is included and what is not, agreed before work starts.

Live in weeks

Most systems are live in two to six weeks, with your team trained before handover.

Support after launch

Monthly support with an agreed allowance for changes, reporting and fixes.

Connected to the rest

Each system is set up with the handoffs to the next team in mind, not as an island.

FAQ

Questions about hr and recruiting systems

Do we need to change ATS?

Only if yours cannot do the job. We configure what you own first and recommend a shortlist only when it is genuinely limiting.

Can you migrate candidate history?

Yes, with consent and retention rules applied during the migration. Records that must be deleted are deleted, not copied.

Does this cover payroll?

No. Payroll stays with your payroll provider. We connect the HR system to it so new hires and leavers flow across.

What about international hires?

Multi country contracts, local benefit rules and working time checks are configured with your legal adviser. We do not give immigration advice.

Will managers actually use scorecards?

They do when scorecards are short and tied to the interview they already run. We design around your existing interview loop.
