How many systems are included?
Two integrations are included. Each additional system is quoted before we start.
What if a system has no API?
We use the vendor supported route first, such as webhooks, a file drop or a middleware connector. Screen scraping is a last resort and we say so up front.
Who fixes it when it breaks?
Your team can, with the runbook. Or we watch it under a managed services agreement.
Do you replace our iPaaS tool?
Not necessarily. If you already pay for one, we build inside it so your team keeps the tool they know.
