Marketing that can prove what it earned
Sending more email is not a strategy. We set up the sending domain, the consent records, the sequences and the attribution, so you can see which channel brought the customers and which one only brought clicks.
Four problems we see in almost every marketing team
Sending from a shared inbox
No consent record, no unsubscribe handling and a domain with no authentication.
Leads with no source
Forms land in an inbox and the source is lost the moment someone forwards them.
Reports nobody believes
Platform numbers do not match the CRM, so every meeting starts with a reconciliation argument.
Content that never converts
Pages are published and never measured against pipeline.
The systems that remove them
Deliverability setup
SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, list cleaning and a warm up plan before the first campaign.
- Domain authentication
- List cleaning and suppression
- Warm up schedule
Campaign automation
Welcome, nurture, re-engagement and post purchase sequences with consent built in.
- Form and landing page builder
- Sequences and branching
- Preference center
Attribution
One source of truth from first click to closed deal, agreed with sales.
- UTM standards
- Lead and deal source sync
- Channel to revenue report
Website and content
Pages that load fast, rank and convert, with analytics and consent that match your policy.
- Landing pages
- Technical SEO checks
- Analytics and consent mode
Your stack, or a short recommendation

Most systems are live in two to six weeks, with your team trained before handover.
Support after launch
Monthly support with an agreed allowance for changes, reporting and fixes.
Connected to the rest
Each system is set up with the handoffs to the next team in mind, not as an island.

Questions about marketing systems
Which platform should we use?
Usually the one your CRM already integrates with well. We recommend based on volume, budget and the team who will run it.
Can you migrate an old list?
Yes, after cleaning. Sending to a stale list is the fastest way to damage a domain, so the cleaning pass is not optional.
Do you write the copy?
Templates and core sequence copy are included in the build. Ongoing campaign copywriting is a separate agreement.
How is consent handled?
Consent records, double opt in where required and a preference center are part of the build. For EU and UK audiences we follow GDPR and PECR requirements.
Can we keep our agency?
Yes. Many clients keep their agency for creative and use us for the systems and data underneath.
